We offer shipping to most areas in HONG KONG, excluding some outlying islands areas, for more information, please email us at vinkie@taboocha.com & orders@taboocha.com.

We offer free shipping for orders over HKD380 (one week’s worth of kombucha:)). Otherwise, a HKD55 delivery surcharge will apply.

We usually ship out the order within 2-5 days. Good things take time.

RETURNS POLICY

Due to the complex temperature and logistics requirements for shipping kombucha bottles, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. If you experience an issue with your order, please email orders@taboocha.com. We will try our best to help :)
